I never once saw anyone cleaning our 'private' swimming pool that was an addition to our room. Consistent traffic and always up and loud. Our Presidential Suite which for a total of 7 nights we paid over $21,000 - we had the pool house pumps and machines to the right of our door as soon as you walked up. The people obviously have no desire to be of any kind of service. I did not contribute any of this to Covid. We had guests around us telling us they had been waiting an hour plus for appetizers.
Every restaurant's service was unspeakable slow. Don't request a diet coke at breakfast you will be told they don't have any.
We would wait 15 minutes at breakfast for a beverage. The staff had no desire to please nor to serve you.
The service was not just bad BUT HORRIBLE. Nothing about our experience was anything near a 5 star. Me and my husband have traveled numerous places around the world.
